Here are a few reminders/announcements that I want to bring to your attention.

The Lenten Fish Fry will begin this Friday February 19, 2010. If you are willing to help out we certainly could use you. To volunteer, click on Ed's Lenten Fish Fry Signup Sheet and let him know you will be there on Friday to help. We will begin cooking at 4:00pm in the PAC Kitchen and serve the meals at 5:30. The areas where we could use help are as follows.

Hawker - We'll need people at all of the masses passing out flyers to remind the parishioners about the Lenten Fish Fry.

Prep Team - We'll need some folks to come out early to get things setup so the events runs smoothly.

Drive Thru - We'll need people to work the drive through taking money/tickets and passing out the food.

Cashiers - We're going to need people to take the money and orders from customers.

Servers/Packagers  - We'll need people to package the orders and keep the team at the drive through stocked with plates ready to sale.

Fryer - We're going to need people to fry the fish.

Support - We are going to need some people to work as support floating between the stations, keeping things running smoothly, and filling in where necessary.

Clean Up Team - We'll certainly need people to help clean up after the event.
